yesterday, June 8th was matt's birthday. he did not want to do anything. he is going to start training for the st. george ironman may 2010 and he has to buy a triathalon bike so he doesn't want any extra money spent on him. but it was his birthday so we just went lowkey.
we get to be the same age for2 months, then i bump again-darn!
we got takout from ruby tuesdays, ribs, mashed potatoes and broccoli
we got him this thing he had seen on t.v. and thought was pretty cool. it is an automatic hammer, it does the pounding for you. 
shot for the blog! he was pretty excited about the hammer, not about having his picture taken:)happy birthday hon, i love you. wish you would let us spoil you more but you try to be responsible, until it comes to choosing that bike!

happy belated b'day matt. i'm not looking forward to birthdays, well mine at least. for a little while longer i'll still be able to say my age with a "twe" sound, but after that, i think i'll have a break down.
Happy Birthday Matt! Your birthday looks pretty much like mine did. We are both lucky to have such great families.
I love the cheesy grin on Matt's face. It makes me smile.
