our ward has been working on a roadshow performance for months. they worked so hard on costumes, props, acting, singing and dancing and it all paid off. this was a tri stake roadshow. so there are 3 church buildings in 3 different areas. you travel and perform at all 3 buildings in one night. from what i heard the traveling was the best part. i was backstage putting acts on stage and off so i didn't get to see all of them all the way through except for our wards which was last, we were definetely one of the best!
the whole them was discover. our theme was discover the world through missions.
the missionaries started on a flight but it went very wrong, and they were each dropped off in the country they were going to, mostly by way of a flight door and a parachute! caleb is the copilot of the plane.
braden was dropped off in NY and given a taxi ride.
he is taught all about NY with a homeless man, the dancing hot dog and swing dancers while cade sings start spreading the news! he was a ham!

katie was dropped off in japan and learned all about fresh sushi
then taken to an o bon dance, the drummers were awesome
then the polynesian mission. he was presented with gifts and dancers, the girls did awesome!
as well as the boys, their costumes were amazing! good job keli on all that sewing!
well done! i think they had a great time and we are all glad it's over, ready for next year?!

Wow, that is so cute and such a good idea. Wish we could have seen that!! We miss the ward so much!
