so i think caleb has decided on college... i guess he is decided he applied, was accepted and he confirmed with them! i think he can still change his mind!

it is 24 degrees there today but he says that is ok. i think he is excited to experience a different climate and area for a while and he loves his flannel shirts. we haven't decided how many semesters he will attend before his mission and he might attend summer semester. either way i am starting to feel sad and have shed a few tears looking over the welcome packet. i can't believe in a few months i will have 2 kids in college! where did the time go. i am happy for him though. he is excited, i am sure a little nervous but we will never know about that. go wolverines!

that is very exciting! I loved my experience in utah, and I have a brother graduating from UVU next semester.
So is he secretly team Jacob? Go wolves! :) HAHA!!! That is so exciting and very sad at the same time! Wow time has gone by!
He will love it. Kids are resilient - they can survive the cold. Plus, he can ski. That's where my nephew Spencer is and he can look out for him. Tell Caleb congrats on deciding. That's a big step.
Woohoo, represent! He'll definitely like it. And the campus is mostly connected, so he can walk indoors the whole time while he's going to his classes...that way, he can avoid the cold. The teachers are really cool and though the campus has grown tremendously in student size, the classes are still small enough where you can get to know your teacher. Congrats to him for deciding!!
Kelly, you will be an empty nester!!! That is awesome you are still so young to enjoy it. But sad Caleb will be so far away. Hang in there.
Oh he'll have so much fun! I'm excited for him!
I think that is really great. It's the only time in his life that he can have this experience. I know what you mean though about shedding a few tears. It is a bit hard everytime my kids leave for school.
