any ideas?

Matt will be out of town for this valentines/presidents day/ chinese new year weekend! i was wondering if anyone had any cute ideas for me to do for matt since he is gone. something to put in to his suitcase or something~ for valentines day, i think we are ok for the other holidays!
i know i can do a bag of candy or a card but wanted something more creative. help me out here!

You could do what I did for Brian's birthday last year, write a list of things you love about him and put it in his suitcase. You could do 14 things, since it's Valentine's Day, or how ever many years you've been married, or something...

or how about you put one gift in his suitcase for every day he is gone? Write the date you want him to open the gift on the top so he opens one every day.

I want to try this for Valentines day, but I think this would be a great idea for you! You should make him a paper fortune cookie and inside, you can either put in a letter, or a saying, or something short you want to let him know. Here's the website for the DIY Fortune Cookie:

You can put it in his suitcase when he's gone and it looks pretty easy to make, and super cute!
