Depending on your calendar, today (or tommorow) is the first day of fall.
in Hawaii, it does not feel like fall. Sept. and Oct are much more like summer months than fall and it is very hot some days. i start thinking fall though. i miss fall so much. it is my favorite season. pretty much in hawaii fall is the leaves falling dead off of my plumeria tree and the hottest months.

today when the teacher announced that it was the first day of fall one little boy asked if the leaves would all fall today? wouldn't that be kind of cool if one day all the leaves fell off the trees, it would make raking a little easier.
caleb is not really loving the weather getting cooler in utah but i know he will love seeing the beauty of fall once again.

p.s. while typing this the words were filling in for me in the label section so i clicked on it and i said the same thing last year. i guess it is just in me to miss fall!

I love fall too! But only since coming to Utah...
Thanks for the shout out! Alison and I both had great birthdays. We shopped and laughed and spent lots of money :) I wish you could be here to see Fall and I could be in a constant SUMMER!
