Food, family, fall and friends

i had so much fun in st. louis this past week. the weather was beautiful. i got to wear jeans and sweaters and scarves but it wasn't super cold. perfect. i got to enjoy, everything about fall, the leaves were perfect and everything looked beautiful!

i finally got to see my sisters house. so cute!!! we went to a halloween parade at her house, so fun to see cute little trick or treaters.

this is her friends baby, little bee
then she met a bigger bee:)

matt's parents made a yummy dinner just for the adults. it has been several years since all 4 siblings have been together. kim, matt, tim and kelly. i have more pictures of that night but i guess those will remain in iphoto. we got really silly and slap happy late into the night. we had a great time. we always enjoy when we can all be together.
we hung out at kathy's on sunday like we always did. matt with ty, ali and kyle
i went with my sister, her husband and my mom to a creperie. they had gluten free crepes and they were pretty good.
fresh strawberries and whip cream!
my mom walks with her friends and her dog paikea at longview park every day. it is so pretty and was filled with fall colors.

paikea getting a little drink. this is the area my mom broke her foot before the wedding!

they even have horses and a stable, love it!

i was driving by the park at dusk and it was so pretty with a pink and orange sky.
i got to hang out with my friend melissa at st. louis bread co. a favorite of everyone's.
i really miss my st. louis friends and family.
i also met my friend julie for dinner and forgot to take a picture with my camera in hand the whole time but had a great time catching up with her.

going home to your mom's is better than a hotel. all your favorites are there, she buys you things and takes you to your favorite places, feeds you gluten free everything including pizza, pumpkin muffins, bagels and lets you sleep in and make your bed for you!
thanks mom for a great time.

How fun! St. Louis is so pretty in the Fall, makes me homesick! That's so fun you got to see so many people. That's right where I met your Mom, at Longview Park- it really is a fun place isn't it? Anyways, glad you're having fun there with everyone!

Those crepes are huge! This post makes me very homesick. The pictures of the pumpkins and the trees could have been taken on my parent's street.

Awww so pretty. Now I want to experience some fall foliage. I love the color changes but don't care too much about the anticipated snow.
