my mom made sure that i got to do everything we could while i was home. we went to old st. charles for lunch and shopping.
my aunt susie came with us. i was so happy to spend the day with her.my mom and sister jill, aunt susie and me. i got to have a BLT on gluten free bread and chocolate chip cookies for dessert!
oh this shop! it was like an old fashioned soda shop. i have a thing for chocolate sodas and you can't get them just anywhere but they had them and it was delish! we got caramel apples, ice cream and cinnamon bears.

Looks like you had yourself a wonderful time! I am so happy you got to do that! I have never in my life had the pleasure of a chocolate soda, never even knew they existed:)...and I love that you love to do crafts, your dishtowels are adorable!

I'm feeling a bit better...not sure exactly what is going on but I have thrown up for 6 days now...sickest I have been in a long while.yuck. But I know better days are comming:)

I've never been to St. Charles. We'll have to detour there sometime. Looks like fun. I always enjoy those Mom-and-sisters shopping days. The best!
