what can you name a post besides Ellie?!

Ellie is now one month old, it's the cliche' kind of thing where it seems like she was born yesterday and at the same time she's been in our lives forever. it is so fun to see new life and all the things that come with it. new parents love and discoveries and new grandparents with a new love! it's amazing!

i am going to st. louis and i wanted to take some pictures with me so we were going to take her outside or down to the beach yesterday and then it started raining so we decided to just do a few inside but it was so hot we didn't even dress her and she's still the cutest!!

 she is trying to be a thumb sucker. sometimes she can't find it or loses it but it is so cute!
