faces of ellie

i'm a little down today. my friend holly has been in the hospital sick for weeks and has only gotten worse. hopefully in the next few days some of their measures will benefit her so that she can get a little stronger.it's hard to be so far away and not help someone!

 i decided i needed a dose of ellie to look at! i see her once or twice a week and miss her so much in between. i haven't taken a ton of pictures though because she is always just asleep but last sunday night she opened her eyes for a few min. and had the cutest faces!

 she has started to lose her hair on the sides a little, but she looks adorable in her headbands either way!

 yes, i even think this is one is cute because she never does it, this last for 2 min. probably because someone picks her up but she is generally pretty happy

it is so hot right now and she has a terrible heat rash. we will be happy when it starts to cool down and she can actually wear clothes!
