It's hard to believe ellie kai has been here a whole week and a half.in some ways it seems like she's been here so long and other times it seems like she was just at the hospital. caleb wants to know what she's going to do next ?! :)
i pulled out a picture i had to make a little frame for ki with her and ellie's picture and me and her. i wish i could get more, they are just in a rubbermaid with stuff on it, i just need to pull them out!

                                      

 they look nothing alike but kiley hardly looks like her own baby picture. all her dark hair fell out and came in very blonde. i hope ellie keeps her beautiful blonde hair!
ellie is so very loved. she has 2 wonderful parents, 4 grandparents, 6 great grandparents and 1 great great grandmother!! she has a loving uncle and 4 sets of aunt's and uncle's on scotty's side. she has a great aunts and uncles on ki's side, my sister and brother and matt's sisters and brother and brother and sister in laws and lots of cousins on scotty's side! that is just our immediate family! what a lucky baby!

 scotty emailed me a few of their pics from her birth. this is my favorite and is now framed at my house!

our friends isaac and sara had their reception last weekend. ki didn't want to miss it so they came with ellie for a little while.

caleb and jack had to take turns holding her. jack(amber's boyfriend) likes babies too!

ki sent this to me this week because during the day she is just happy awake and content. when i get there she is sacked out, not to be woken for anything so i never get to see her eyes. she is such a cutie. poor thing has gotten some acne which i think is really heat rash since it is so hot but i'm sure it will go away soon.
she is such a good sweet baby!
