Today was Rey Mozo's funeral. It was a beautiful service, a day of tears, laughs and memories. His sons spoke, his wife Julia, Nikki and most special, and heart wrenching, the grandkids shared their memories of their "lolo". We had tons of food and are so grateful for all those who made or brought food. we really appreciate it. there are a lot of pictures but i have come to the realization that i want to use my blog as a rememberance and a photo album.Amber took some of the pictures, i love giving her my camera and it coming back with awesome pictures, she has her dad's talent. Rey was amazing and it was so neat to hear all the things he had done in his life, the countries he had been to serving his country and his loves like fishing and cooking. he served in the white house to 3 presidents and served celebrities and world leaders. there were cool pictures of him with pres. Ford and Allen told a story about going to camp david with his dad and riding amy carter's bike. there was a gold medal for 5 years of service in the white house. what an amazing life he had. he was loved by many including us!
the pictures are at the burial service.

it is always good to be together with people you don't get to see all the time. we are glad we were able to come together today and celebrate Rey.
