Target

WELL I DID IT! i was supposed to work part of the day today and they called and said they didn't need me, i also talked to my mom who couldn't believe i wasn't going on the first day, lines or not SO after a while of just hanging out at home i decided to go. the traffic was really bad to kapolei and i thought it was going to be for target but it was just road construction. Target was packed but completely doable. i spent an hour and half roaming around. spent 60$ on little stuff, but i was happy. i guess since i know it is here now i didn't feel the urgency to buy something i might not see again. it was so cute i wish i had my camera with me, they had the target dog dressed in a grass skirt and lei there. they have lots of local things and many of the regular target things. most things didn't seem too cheap to me but they have lots of food and it was a good price. i am sure the grand opening will be a big deal, not sure about that one, well it's on sunday anyway. it might be out of my system now for a few... days?

It's here!!!

Target opens today!!! It is a happy day in Hawaii! we have never had target here, when i go to the mainland it is my first stop and i go many times before leaving. matt doesn't get why i have to go back several times, i might have missed something. there are 2 stores opening, one of them is the biggest store that target has. i am not going today, i do not want to wait in line to get in or swim through a sea of people, i want to go in a few days and leisurly walk among the wonderful ailes and soak in the targetness! weird i know unless you are a target person!
