Baxter turned 2 last week, i can't believe we have almost had him for 2 years (he was 6 weeks when we got him). he is the best dog and we love him so much. he looks at you every morning or follows you everywhere you go until you take him on a walk. he loves to go outside, walk or play at the park. he sits on the stairs and watches you at the computer. he is always at your side when you are sitting on the couch and he loves to snuggle when i am reading or napping.
he has 2 things he loves, his monkey that he drags around and plays with. he doesn't care too much for toys or things to chew on but he does love his blanket that he pulls out of his crate every morning. we put it back in throughout the day but like a little kid he pulls it back out so i have given up, it sits on the floor in the living room all day until he goes back in at night.
this is a picture of kiley and caleb when we got him almost 2 years ago, he was so cute and has been such a great blessing in our lives. happy birthday baxy we love you!

So Cute! I admit, I am not a dog lover (had a traumatic experience when I was young; have been afraid of dogs since), but I do admire dog lovers. I think it's cute when I see owners w/their dogs, they look like they're fun to play with . . . BUT, the thought of them licking me, kinda grosses me out! (Sorry!) Anyway, Baxter looks happy, and seems to make all of you happy too =).
Hey, p.s. - Where did you get your background from? I like how you have your menu bar separate from the posts . . . it gives you more room. Call me about lunch! (Wed. might be better than Thurs., I think we're going to try and take Rebekah to the pool on Thurs.)
what a cute puppy! when people ask me if I have pets I think to myself...um, do you not know I have two toddlers, they are like monkeys?
