Drunken Noodles
Today matt and i went to meet ki for lunch in haleiwa close to her work. poor thing, the semester is ending, finals are next week and she is miserably sick with a cold so we took the works up to her- zicam, vitamin C and zinc , vitamin water, benadryl etc. we wanted to feed her before work so we went to Opal's the best thai lunch wagon!! our favorites are the pad thai and the drunken noodles, i haven't asked why they are called that Opal just told me i had to have them, he makes them with no spicy for me and they are delish!! he cooks with love and passion!
there are few things -food wise- i get excited about but P.F. chang's and Opals is something that i love to eat because it is gluten free and tastes like real food!

I LOVE Thai food and I have been dying to try Opal's since you first mentioned it. I need a good excuse to head out to Haleiwa.....
