on sunday i went to visit the mozo's. amber has been in california for a month visiting friends and i have missed seeing her all summer. matt and caleb are on molokai so i went out and spent the night with them. i had a fun time just hanging out and talking with them. we went to pounders all day, i got a little toasted but it's ok.
pounders beach in hau'ula, it is so pretty therewhen i left to go home i wanted to stop by the temple visitors center. they have a photography exhibit there called reflections of Christ. i have seen the video on you tube and seen the DVD but it was neat to see the pictures in real life and to hear some of the stories behind them.

i walked around the temple grounds a little, it is a little hard to tell unless you click on the photo but all of the stucco has been taken off of the temple, there is a guy up on that scaffolding working on the top frieze of the temple. they are renovating it, it will be closed until june. i can't wait to see the renovations and to go back to the hawaii temple.

my friend cami is having her baby hopefully sometime today, can't wait!

don't you just feel at peace when you visit the temple. today was such a good day for everyone, especially for babies. if cammie gives birth tomorrow then he'll have the same b'day as elijah.
We stopped by the visitor's center on Sunday afternoon and saw the exhibit. I was really glad we did. The pictures were very moving.
You could have come to the Jung Family Reunion with us. I even had an extra Jung t-shirt you could have worn. You would have fit right in.
Everytime I drive to my parents, I get to pass the Temple. I'm so used to seeing it all lit up at night. It's weird to see nothing there. . just black. It will be nice to finally have it in operation. I like the reflections exhibit also. Keane was so touched, I actually saw him shed a tear. He's so tender.

have fun at girls camp! it will be nice when you have your whole family back together again. my brother is flying home for a week in august and i can't wait. family get togethers are the best! it would be nice if everyone stayed the same and never grew up and left the nest, wouldn't it? trust me, even when they leave, they return for a while. such has been the case and my parents have been very accommodating!
