Hawaii Open House

i am a little behind with posting the hawaii open house but here it is.
on Aug. 13th we had an open house for our hawaii ward and friends at our church. it was wonderful to celebrate kiley and scotty's wedding here with everyone. so many friends helped out and offered themselves to do things for the open house and we could not appreciate it more! once again amber mozo took pictures for us, thanks amber, you have done an amazing job!

scotty and ki with makana

the yummy cupcakes! red velvet, lemon poppyseed and chocolate marble.
kiley hanging out with her friends when it was actually over.
my friends sam and juli did the desserts. sam made amazing cheesecakes in lilikoi, mango, chocolate mint and yummy flavors!
kiley had had her surgery the previous thursday and was still in her boot and using a crutch to help her walk. she was so tired from standing but did great!

The photos look good. (not too artsy...) You get the whole picture of the evening (which was great by the way). Thank you to all those who made the yummy food. Oh, and you forgot to add photo credit to Amber Mozo. Every plug helps her with her business :)
Congrats Ki and Scotty. WE LOVE YOU!

Love the decorations, and how nice of everyone to help, especially with the food!! Wow, what an undertaking! Wish I could have been there! Congrats!

Guess what? Brooke Parker is Brian's younger brother's girlfriend's roommate! Small world!

Ohhhh - - home sick! Isn't Hawaii the best for pitching in and helping! Extended family is what it is all about. I want to see the DVD from San Diego. Matt sure looks cute holding the baby. Miss you, wish I could have been there.
