I am not big on making new years resolutions, i don't think anyone really sticks with them therefore what's the point but i have been thinking a lot about a new year, i always feel the new year starts in Aug./Sept. with the start of a new school year but the calendar says Jan. so i guess it is a new start. i wanted to just make a goal for myself- DO MORE! for me personally that means something. just do more, more service, more prayer, more social activities, more excersize-or just excersize, more scrapbooking, more mothering (my kids would say i'm good on that one), more friends, more studying new things, more adventure. i am very content to stay at home, read, hang out, sit on the computer and look around. we know of 3 people who have died this year and it just makes you realize that life is short and meant to be enjoyed, i will try!
just as a side note matt is giving up coke for the new year, i am very proud of him and hope it lasts! good luck hon, your 24 hours in!

Kelly Bishop...hello long lost friend! This is Amy Oscarson Carr...sneaking onto your blog through Katy's blog...small world. You and Matt look just the same...so how is it that you have big, grown-up kids?? Aren't we still 18??
I love your "new year" resolutions. Mine are pretty similar. Let's see if we can stick to em?!
