My brother and his wife live in Boston attending school. Anyway, they visit NY quite often. On a couple of occasions when my mom and dad visited, they all jumped on the train to NY and watched Phantom of the Opera and Les Miserbles. James, my bro also liked the Lion King. They also visited Ground Zero. . . and the building that is now there too. They really enjoyed experiencing something so different than here. I'm so excited for you. . .bring lots of warm clothing. I'd like to go visit my brother in Boston and one day visit NY as well. Have Fun!

i've heard Wicked is the show to watch! I would also want to go to ground zero, the statue of liberty, the NYC temple, and take a run in central park (make sure with someone, not alone!) have fun!

Go see Wicked! It is such a great musical, and if you haven't seen it you really should. Ellis Island is also a really cool place to visit. Lots of history there. Definitely try and be in Times Square at night too, all of the lights are so cool!

Beauty and the Beast on broadway was awesome. It's a great story, even better on stage. Also, you should go to the deli around the corner from the Dave Letterman Show studio, and see the Statue of Liberty and the top of the Empire State Building.
Look at you! You're being adventurous!
