oh how i wish i could look like this. i actually did once. i entered a fitness contest by EAS. of course i didn't win anything but a certificate but i looked the best i ever have. it was so hard though, constant training. i just don't think i have that in me again. today we were at the gym after a long break. matt was sick for almost a week , then went to chicago and then i was sick for a few days so it has been a little while. it was hard to get back into it again but mostly i just felt bad for my husband. i am such a whiner. he has me do these bench press things but you bring the bar back toward your nose, i am scared to death i am going to break my nose so i make matt put his hand over my nose to catch the bar if i drop it. he tries to get me to do pull ups, i fail miserably, he works harder than i do helping me. i wish he had a wife like on the cover of this magazine that loved to work out, looked hot and had a similar passion that he did for excersize, it would be a lot more fun for him. over spring break i plan on getting in better shape with lots of aerobics. i want to be a hot sexy super mom like the cover of the magazine promises:)! it's wishful thinking but you gotta have dreams right?! i am grateful he will still take me with him. i was really good at sit ups today with him handing a medicine ball to me and me handing it back, gotta find your strengths!

Your crazy! I wish I was as thin as you and you have had 2 kids. I started a class at the gym with a trainer and I really like it. If you like classes I would recommend it. It is tought, but you feel so good after you leave, like you accomplished something. Be thankful for you health and know that Matt loves you for exactly how you are!
you go girl! You look fabulous already anyway! I have the hardest time controlling my sweets. . .that's my problem. . .hehe. Yeah, but kudos to you for even working out. Don't underestimate yourself. You might end up looking like that hot mama and not even be thinking about it after going to the gym for awhile. Maybe, I'll see you there too. . .one day LOL!
No wonder why Matt fell in love with you, it was for your body. Just joking! I also had a body like that once, but after 3 kids, I'll never show my stomach again. And you can't plan a shopping day on my blog, it'll be weeks before I read it. Call or email me.
you're gluten free blog is awesome! you've added quite a few recipes! i'm going to have to try some of them soon.
i think you already look fabulous! you've always been fit and trim and you keep your eating habits in check. it sounds like you are doing everything right - you are too hard on yourself! are there any exercises or other hobbies you do that make you feel empowered? i would focus on those and how you feel when you are doing them - find something that makes you happy and gives you the satisfaction of a job well done. i have found this does wonders for helping me find something that i'm good at.
sit ups...with a medicine ball? girl, you're gonna have a 6-pack in no time, if you don't already!
just noticed some typos - sorry about the first one...you're should be your. oh well!
You can do it!! Tis the season to become super sexy mom! Jeff and I are just starting our get-in-shape routine, too. The plan is to look awesome by July (it's our 10-year anniversary).
Just remember when we are resurrected it is our "prime" body. That would make you feel good to think that you will have that body for eternity without having to work out!!! You always look great....
