give it up?

On Oprah today she had her little friday chat. jenny mcarthy was on and i really like her (the mommy jenny) she has a blog on oprah at oprah.com/jenny on giving something up before summer for 30 days. i really want to do it. what would you give up that you need less of ? i think more than giving up i want to take up- 30 days of exercise and maybe cutting back on sweets. there are so many things i can't have i don't think i can give up sweets completely and i just bought the new 1/2 fat chocolate breyers ice cream:) but i will do less! summer is almost here and it has been almost hot the past few days so beach days are here, not sure about a swimsuit?!

i have a long list to choose from, but if i had to choose one thing, it would be 2nd helpings of food. or maybe it should be sweets, or soda, or snacking everytime i step into the kitchen. ahhh, i'm not sure. but i do plan on running in the near future. i'm not sure how that will go because i'm not a runner at all.

I think I'm going to give up doing the dishes for 30 days. If I have no clean plates to eat off of I assume I'll eat less ;).

beach days are TOTALLY here! we've already gone a few times, i love it :)

We gave up eating out for a month & then used the money to buy a GPS system. We really felt great for doing it. I want to do it again!

I've been meeting a lot of celiacs lately, and sometimes I'm tempted to just tell people I have celiac disease, too! It's like the newest trend, I think. no but really, sometimes I wish I were, having my diet restricted to mostly healthy and fresh things. Maybe I'll give up gluten for the next 30 days.
