So along with all of the other things we have had going on lately there has been another big issue that was just so irritating i haven't mentioned it. caleb was at nicole's house one day and when he clicked the remote on the mazda for the lock. the horn went off and wouldn't stop. matt had to go over there and take out some relay chip thing for it to stop. well we called mazda and it has been somewhat of a nightmare ever since. DO NOT EVER use cutter mazda waipahu service center!! we took it in to a mechanic and he couldn't figure it out-80$ for that one, so we took it to mazda which we HaTe doing and they had it for 2 days and couldn't fix it and charged us 200$ so we took it to an electrical place and they told us what was wrong and said mazda had to fix it, it was their problem, that was $80! so we took it back to mazda and they proceeded to try and fix it. well a long story short, kind of, we had to call and talk to managers, matt e-mailed mazda etc. etc. and they finally said they would pay for it, it was a manufacturers problem, it was going to be $1,110! well they got the part, put it in , broke it, got a new part put it in and SAID it was fixed, we got it home the remotes don't work and we kept hearing this weird noise. mazda called about the remotes and said they put in the wrong thing, bring it back. so this isn't a short story- but basically we have gotten the run around, they haven't fixed it correctly, they are horrible to work with and because we are not paying they are not nice and keep saying we are difficult to work with. matt decided to jack up the car, he could not believe it when he saw it!! he is documenting it with pictures, it just might hit the fan!
when he looked under the car this piece was hanging down, thus the noise we heard!
there are places for 6 bolts to hold it on, 2 holes had bolts in it, the rest were missing
and this one they just decided to wire closed i guess!! can you even believe that??!!!this is not over and matt is about to have a coronary!

Wow! I'm glad I don't have a Mazda. It's almost worse that they actually wired it in one place, because now you know it's not like they just didn't see that the bolts were missing. Crazy.

I have no words of wisdom to say in this crappy situation except if you want Gil to take a look at what he can do (if anything) I would be happy to ask him.
okay I just asked him and he said he can take a look. He knows cars...Hondas VERY well but he knows tibits and general things on all cars pretty much so if you want him to he will be happy to help.
i hope that you guys do something about this because you could sue or something. let us know what happens.

I can't believe that. It looks like something dad might have fixed: ) It is amazing what mechanics probably do to cars that we never even know about! Good thing I trust mine...well most days anyway! : )
