i have been working all week, i have been subbing for someone and working my days which has turned out to be a very long week. we have also had some church activity or meeting every night so as of thurs. afternoon i have had it. i found out that i don't do super busy, well. my house is a mess and i hate that and i have nothing planned for dinner tonight and i hate that. last night was leftover ham and potatoes b/c i didn't have time to do anything else so i don't think i will get away with that again:) one bright thing was that last night i went to a fireside at church from a group called ROC from Utah. they are a multicultural group and they sing and dance from each of thier cultures. native american, asian, mexican, african, etc. it was really great. i didn't even think about taking a camera b/c it started in the chapel but they moved to the gym for the second part to dance. they are doing a show at BYUH fri. night and i really want to see them again for the full show. if i go there hopefully i can take pictures. my niece is visiting and we want to take her and her husband. IF you live here, you should go, it is cool!
on another note, hawaii has this thing called VOG, it is hideous. it is volcanic fog from the big island. it is like a blanket covering the island and makes things very hot, sticky, and humid. people have all kinds of problems like headaches, respiratory and stuffy noses. when it comes it doesn't last forever but this time has been a week already!
next time the tradewinds decide to come back i will thank them for their cool breezes that make life nice!

12 days and counting till the last day of school. Then 2 weeks off, then summer school, then 2 weeks off, then back to school. The summer always goes to fast!
i am dying in this heat! and nick is in the middle of finals, that is always fun
wow, you did have a busy week. so what did matt get to eat tonight? the heat is killing me too. i sweat from just walking to the house from the parking lot.
Yes it sure is hot! Remember when it was cold (hawaii cold)? I think I'm missing that now.
Anyway, you've been busy. . . how was youth confrence?
I want the vog to leave and Jeff to come back.
Other than that my week's been spiffy =)
FINALLY IT'S FRIDAY! I am tired, it's been a long week. Carlie and I have a girls day planned tomorrow starting off with Hannah Montana - - the movie. I hear it's cute with a great moral. Not many of those left.
I live and die by the crock pot during the week. It's my best friend!
this week has been crazy with my two kids!!! just driving me nuts i tell you :( but im hangin in there! i thought of you the other day when i was at the grocery store. i was in the cereal section and saw a box of honey toasted chex cereal (one of our favorite kind) and on the box it said in big letters, "same great taste, now GLUTEN FREE"
