caleb had to do a science project, part of it had to be a PSA in some form or another. he came to me on sunday and said can you create a blog for me? i was so happy my son had to come to me for a tech question. i proudly went to cutest blog on the block and let him choose a background with his theme, it was for saving sea turtles so he chose a green, earthy background and put pictures of sea turtles on it. i wanted much more but he said it was sufficient. there was a report that had to be turned in with it so more of the info was there. anyway it was kind of a fun, easy way to show you can get your message out there on this great world wide web. the address is givethehonushappiness.blogspot.com (honu is hawaiian for sea turtle, again for you mainlanders:) if you want to see it.
i love blogging, everyone wants me to get a facebook page, i am still not sure, i spend enough time blogging, i don't want to get caught up in finding friends from 4th grade, i'll never make dinner again?! i am thinking on it...

That's a nice looking blog! I need a new book to read, do you have any suggestions? I've been checking out Newberry winners from the library but I'm getting tired of going back and forth so often b/c they're such short books I finish them too fast. Any ideas? And that picture was taken just before our reception, at the Red Butte botanical gardens at the University of Utah in SLC. I do facebook too, but I like blogging much better.
i just scrolled down and saw those shirts caleb made. they're awesome! i would totally rock one of those shirts :)
anyways, i also have a facebook. that's why im not so good at keeping up with my blog as much as i used to. i find myself there a lot more. but i could never give up my blog! i love it!
So, does Caleb have to add more to that blog or just set it up as a sort of one-time thing?
I don't have time for dinner, my poor family fends for themselves most of the time.
Hey so thanks for the good wishes! I am really excited to be spending the summer here, and I'm hoping it'll be a fun experience. I'm planning on hanging out with the kids (aka staying at home) for the summer and I'm crossing my fingers that I survive! please please do let me know if you come up it'll be fun to do something together!
