if you give kelly a cricut...

i posted before how i discovered the cricut, i was asked to make some stuff for camp and i said i would if i could borrow my friend tammy's cricut. she let me with all of her fun cartridges, after 8 hours and a big mess, i had 9 posters and 9 thank you cards. it's a good time!

the awesome cricut machine
super simple thank you cards

posters announcing each day's camp theme

i still can't decide if i want one, the machine is expensive and the little cartridges are really expensive but i guess you can find them on e-bay, still thinking on it. (you can click on the pictures to see them larger if you want to see the details the cutter can do)

I say you should get one. Then I can come over and use it. :)

Yeah, mine is the smaller one down from that. The ducks are so cute! I will have to practice and make some fun posters for the classroom.

Last year I got the Cricut Create and I use mine all the time. Sometimes it is a hassle just to get out and set up for one little card... but the results are always so cute. One day in the future, I'll have a craft room where it will always be set up. I use mine and cut vinyl out with and use it for gifts and decorating and showers and lessons. You can definitely find some cheap on ebay (that's where I got mine!) and the cartridges too. If you think you would use it, make the investment--they are so fun!

Okay, you're going to have to explain this thing to me--I don't get what it does.

Cute posters and cards, though =).

What!? You didn't invite me to make these with you? I totally want one also and so does Makeilah. She said she'd get me one for my b-day. Too cute! It's just so pricey. I know Pay Lyons has one. Maybe we could get her to bring it to scrapbook night.

Too funny! I was in Michael's yesterday and the machine is on sale for $99 - - I thought of you. The cartridges go on sale all the time. I have found them at Wal-Mart on clearance for as low as $20. I love mine and have made some really great stuff with it. Not to mention school projects!
