i am grateful for these inspired men that lead and guide our church through direct inspiration and revelation.

General Conference
Twice a year we are able to listen to the leaders of our church in salt lake for general conference. it is nice to be able to be home, watch on t.v. and listen to our president and his counselors. some of my favorite moments from conference were when pres. Monson told about the acts of service people had done as birthday presents to him last year. Elder Bednar talked about 3 things we must do. express love to our family, live our testimonies, and be consistent in all we do especially prayer and scripture study. i love Elder Bednar! he says do more of what we know is right and become better at it. our testimony should be reflected in our words and deeds. we all know these things to be true but we always need to be reminded to do better!

I really enjoyed confernce this year. I thought all of the talks were very good, but I especially like Elder Scott's talk on receiving personal revelation. I love Elder Bednar too. He tells it like it is. But then, Pres. Eyring is probably my favorite. Elder Holland's talk was pretty powerful too. Ok - I'll stop now...but they were all good.
