i no longer like this time of year! girl scout cookie time that is! it is so hard to see that green box and know you can't have a one. i was nice and bought them for my boys since i hardly make sweets anymore for them. after i brought them home though i decided i had to make a gluten free brownie mix so i didn't feel deprived. it is nice because i can make them and freeze them individually and then i can only eat one at a time. there is also a special thing that comes out this time of the year made by Edy's/Dreyer's. Thin Mint chocolate ice cream. oh it was so good a few years ago when i could eat it, you should definitely try it if you have not, it was my favorite ice cream. they also make samoa ice cream but i have never tried that one. it only lasts during cookie time though.
just to clarify, it's not that i think i am fat or am unhappy with myself i just wish i had more of a desire to workout and be fit with matt. i would rather watch what i eat than workout. also things are getting more squishy the older i get and i don't want things to get too far away from me and the only way to fix that is to tone it so i trudge off to the gym, my nice trainer in tow!

Yay for girl scout cookies! jason and i already bought a couple of boxes. my fav is the thin mints. they taste great but it wont help me have that cover girl body.
ooooh! girls scout cookies! maybe you should write the company and recommend they make a gluten-free variety next year. have you tried making homemade ice cream? maybe you could make a gluten-free cookie in homemade ice-cream...yum!
